Why we exist
Payroll is simple to describe and easy to get wrong.
Someone has to own payday. In a lot of businesses, that someone is already busy — the owner, the bookkeeper, or a staff member who learned the system because nobody else would.
We started The Payroll Company for the businesses that want a better option than hiring a specialist, buying software, or hoping last month’s spreadsheet still works.
You provide the information. We handle the payroll. That’s the whole offer.

Payroll has to be right. We check the work before it reaches you — not after an employee spots a problem.
Accountable
If it’s our responsibility, we own it. You have a person to call, not a ticket queue.
How we process
We use Blenny Payroll. You never have to.
We process every client payroll on Blenny Payroll, a South African system built for local compliance. That gives us a solid engine for calculations, records, and SARS-related work.
The Payroll Company is a separate business. Blenny Payroll is what we use — not what we are selling you. You don’t need a login, a licence, or a training session.
