Payroll, compliance and reporting — handled for you. You pay per employee, with a simple monthly minimum so small teams still get a full payroll department.

Monthly managed payroll

R1,500 / month minimum

The per-employee rate applies, but you never pay less than R1,500 per company per month.

Once-off setup

Same as your monthly fee

Setup matches what you pay each month. If your monthly charge is R1,500, setup is R1,500. That covers company setup, payroll configuration, employee import, and the first run. Complex migrations are quoted separately.

Monthly rates

Price per employee, per month.

The rate drops as the team grows. The R1,500 minimum still applies if the calculation comes in lower.

Bulk payments

Paying staff is separate from processing payroll.

We use Blenny Payroll to process your payroll. If you use bulk payments, that also runs through Blenny and is billed by Blenny — not by us. There is no extra payment fee from The Payroll Company.

You still approve the payroll. How the money leaves the bank stays your choice.
